Come Passion
Come, Passion and enter the empty bowels of a contemptuous soul. Bring forth your light into this darkened hole where the spiraling dust settles and minerals unfold into life’s grandest manifestation. Come, Passion to abandoned homes of scorching misery and foul tongues; And wipe away tearful oceans along refugee camps where nature has stretched and sneezed upon her very own. Come, Passion for you are stronger than the fiercest wind, the darkest force and the coldest hand. Expose yourself and allow your contagious smile to become the world’s epidemic. Come, Passion if it were not for you guiding us through today’s mazes and comforting tomorrow’s sorrows, we would be like buried fossils in undiscovered waste lands; Come, Passion, like a Wandering Albatross spread your wings to cover us from the tormenting storms while feeding us your gentle ways. |
The Seeker
Have you ever wondered about the truth of life? Explore the emotions of pain, grief and strife?
Diving into the depths of your divine existence, Searching for self with conviction and persistence; Land in a sea of vibrating energy, traveling at the speed of light infinite field of consciousness blaring and bright; Bravely step into unknown territory with the excitement of a child searching for its soul; Sometimes gets lost on its journey taking the path of the old; Caught up in the web of the matrix, the child that’s within struggles to express itself fully and completely entangled in a belief system not of its own passed down generation to generation; This, my fellow being is “creation.” Who am I? I am and I am not; I am billions of smart cells yet trillions of molecules broken down into quadrillion of atoms whirling electrons around protons and neutrons; Then packets of quanta that are sometimes waves and sometimes particles of information; Coming from a void of nothingness; Center of God, ever expanding world without end, Amen. Have you ever wondered about dreams? How you can close your eyes and still see scenes Like a TV focused on 2 screens Just ask yourself, “Who am I.” Have you ever wondered how you could drive? See the road and see the thought inside; Double vision in remission Like wheeling a curvy road on a foggy night; Suddenly you come to know what feels right The Now is what’s out of order; This recorder has no border For it is the present we must embrace A human just being with God’s grace. Seek the truth and you shall find All that is beyond the mind. |
Aborted Dreams
Though I walk naked through the
thunderous hailstorm, ambushed by malicious needles and silver rose thorns, I
still dream of sunny blue skies and somewhere under double rainbows
authenticity flies. Where hoes become goddesses and love is everlasting and
uncontested.
Through all the confusion and noise, my heart sings with grace and joy as I escape into a theta state of fertile soil bearing holographic images of my most treasured desires, for to harvest infinite possibilities and bask in virtuous glory is the only way to manifest the real story of timeless blissful living; Yet I resist as thoughts of abandonment and rejection persist from lifetimes of struggle and pain. Held back in a straight jacket, rising from victim to victorious becomes just too insane; Like a frozen river waits to be set free from the hot rays of the sun, l can be a still life, an empty floral vase harboring self-inflicted aborted dreams. Or, hear the call of Yemeya, turn into a golden laughing porcupine and float with the current downstream. |
